Farming has been a part of the Coachella Valley since the late 1800’s. Pioneers knew the desert climate had the potential to grow the earliest and finest fruits and vegetables in the nation. The multi-seasoned area attracted farmers from around the world to give the Coachella Valley a try at growing a variety of crops. Today, third and fourth generations are still tilling the land and calling Coachella Valley home.
